ACEN welcomed 50 top-performing graduating students from leading universities to “Power Unlocked: The ACEN Open House Experience” at its corporate headquarters in Makati City.

The exclusive open house gave students a firsthand look at ACEN’s purpose-driven culture, leadership, and role in accelerating the renewable energy transition. Students from diverse fields including Management Engineering, Business Administration, Accountancy, Industrial Economics, and Engineering came together to explore what it means to build a career in the energy sector.

Through a unique peer-connector model, participants connected with ACEN executives and employees who served as alumni ambassadors from their respective universities. These conversations gave students an authentic perspective on the company’s collaborative culture, career opportunities, and experiences of working at ACEN.

The program featured an Executive Networking Luncheon, fireside chats on careers in renewable energy, and a headquarters tour, including the high-tech SCADA control center. The event concluded with a Talent Fast-Tracking orientation, giving participants an opportunity to explore active career openings and take the next step toward joining ACEN.

More than an introduction to ACEN, Power Unlocked created an opportunity for the next generation of talent to connect with our people, experience our culture, and discover how they can contribute to a more sustainable energy future.
